Convert markers to a data layer

Description

GPX traces can be converted to data layer, so one can edit the trace and then save it as a new GPX. But marker layers stay that way. Could we have a way to make waypoints (markers) into a data layer to edit them?

Action

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
