Change colors used in program dialogs and map paint styles

These are largely relate to display of OSM data layers, too. You can change the color scheme for the display of nodes, ways, background, etc. "Paint style" options all relate to the non-wireframe view ('View' menu option)


Additional Tabs

Additional tabs may be added by Plugins.
