add some words about multiple ways; icon options

Languages:

Plugin -> UtilsPlugin2 -> Middle Nodes

No image "applications/editors/josm/plugins/utilsplugin2/images/midnodes.png" attached to osm:source Keyboard shortcut: Alt+Shift+E

Select middle nodes.
Adds the nodes in between two selected nodes of a way to selection.
If the nodes are both part of more than one way, the ways can additionally be selected for further specification. Without a selected way, all middle nodes of all ways are selected.
