same geom and all tag of one way are include in the second

hi,
with validator, josm detect the way with the same geom.
but all tag of one way are include in the second.

in this exemple (same-geom-tag-include.osm file), the way are the same except tag source.
I manually select the way without the tag source and delete.

=> josm can help me with button "reparer"

i've often see this error in large import canvec, clc, ...
class is not warning but error ?
