Description
It should be possible to give JOSM (or other editors) the URL of a "contact us" web page, and for JOSM to then go to that page, read an hCard microformat <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HCard> (or some other contact metadata) and bring it back into the preset dialogue for editing and confirmation.
