It should be possible to give JOSM the URL of a "contact us" web page, and for JOSM to then go to that page, read an hCard microformat <​https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HCard> (or some other contact metadata) and bring it back into the 'address' preset dialogue for editing and confirmation.

This format seems not to be used much. Too much work for too little gain.
