Description

When two ways are combined and one of these two is self-overlapping, then the error message is rather unhelpful.

NOTE: There must be something special about that example. Does not happen with self-created tests.

If you zoom enough at the point where's the way looks strange you'll notice the node 2395517994 is apart of the way. If you delete it, the two ways can be combined.

I don't think we could/should do anything automatically with such malformed ways.

Issue is that this way results in a non-understandable error. It simply wont work. Either the error message or better the reason for this should be fixed. There is no reason that a self-overlapping way cannot be joined with another one.

Since r15574 the ways are combined and a notification is printed: "Way contains segment twice".

You should be able to do so. You have all rights for milestones.

The dialog doesn't show older milestones and I am not able to enter a value.

And now I see that I again removed the milestone. Probably because I tried again to select the value. Sorry.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
