Unable to grab cadastre after destroying another layer

[Don-vip]

Steps to reproduce:
1) Download ​http://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/map?bbox=1.3978815,43.6954974,1.4004296,43.6973475
2) Try to grab cadastre (zone 2) for TOULOUSE
3) Not the good municipality (all tiles blank) -> delete cadastre layer
4) Try to grab good one (FENOUILLET)
5) Nothing happens except "GET ​http://www.cadastre.gouv.fr/scpc/accueil.do" in loop on console
6) Cancel
