[Patch] making the default number of segments a configurable setting

Description

A discussion in the German part of the forums asked why the default number of segments for the terracing is 1 whereas most people never use 1 but most of the time 2. Please find attached a patch that will leave the default to 1 but make it configurable as plugins.terracer.segments for people who want to change that
