Allow rectification of a set of 4 nodes

Description

The current implementation only allows to rectify ways. However it would be nice if you could also select 4 nodes and then rectify those as if they were connected by a (non-self-crossing) way.

I understand this is only possible with 4 nodes, as for any other number the correct order is not known.

For comparison, the align in circle action is already possible on a set of nodes.
