Relation window does not react to mouse clicks

When I open a relation window, then go to main window and select some object it shows in relation window correctly (right column with list of selected objects), but the relation window does not react to clicks anymore.
The relation window can be only moved around and clicked, but it acts as if it was (transparent) - when I hover over it the focus goes to objects beyond it (if there are some dock of main window for example).
I am using version 6266 of editor, debian KDE 4.10.5, java 1.7.0_21

You may also update your version of KDE to latest one (4.11.1).
If it still doesn't work you should have a look to #9090 and maybe file a bug to https://bugs.kde.org

I use KDE 4.11.2, and I have seen this in some other Java Swing applications as well, including one I wrote myself (just a simple JDialog with a JLabel in it). I think this is probably a bug in AWT/Swing in combination with KDE.
Unfortunately, the bug is notoriously hard to reproduce. I really don't get when exactly it happens...
