Brand new "Core" shortcut conflict with "utilsplugin2"

Description

This was just recently introduced in the core as there hasn't been any recent changes to the utilsplugin2, hence the component being "core".

INFO: Silent shortcut conflict: 'tools:extnode' moved by 'tools:unjoinnodeway' to 'Ctrl+Alt+F1'.

This was duplicated with a brand new profile and only downloading the utilsplugin2 file.
