JOSM Build 6253 doesn't start

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Checkout JOSM version 6253 in a clean directory.
2. Build it.
3. Run it.

What is the expected result?

JOSM is started showing the welcome screen.

What happens instead?

An Exception (see below). Seems to be a missing image/not entered image.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
