Validator doesn't warn about untagged ways

Since some weeks the validator have stopped warning about untagged ways even though I have it checked in settings

Just checked right now, it works as intended. You must have disabled it somehow. This test has not been modified for a year, so the problem lies in your configuration.

That's really strange. I had no idea how to fix it other than by deleting my old configuration files and start from scratch again, which indeed did fix the problem. Could be that my setup was just too old.

Please, next time test it with plain version and empty/new JOSM directory. You could use the java command line option or temporally move the directory out of the way. Thanks.
