Description
A check against wrong highway values in connected oneway roads which denies routing would be nice.
A oneway road on one side only connected to highway=path (footway/bicyleway) is on my mind but also situations where all roads only lead to or go away from a junction node.
See attachment:ticket:8622:roundabout.osm for one example which should be a warning (path on roundabout).

Yes, and the same could be done for waterways, that are also implicitly oneway.

Now, you are mixing "access" and flowing direction, though, this check could be used for routing on waterways, too. That would lead to some false positives, as there exist a lot of routing islands on water in real world.
