Plugin ImageryAdjust was marked as deprecated in r5961, that was wrong decision. Not all functionality of this plugin were integrated to the core. It was very useful in everyday mapping for precision adjustment of the backgrounds.

I propose restore ImageryAdjust. It wasn't outdated.

Mmm sorry I should have seen #6537 before assuming the plugin was outdated.

This small feature should however be integrated into core. This is really redundant with the core feature bearing the same name.
