JOSM scripting plugin -> configure causes exception

[DoubleA]

Just installed the scripting plugin.
After activating and installing it did not properly restart JOSM, but I can live with that.
When JOSM was started manually again the scripting menu appears. But when I select configure the exception is raised.
"Show scripting console" and "Run" works.
This was the second time I tried to install it.. thus unfortunately not really usable.
