Move Imagery offset action to the top of menu

Description

When there are many selected imagery sources, there is hard to reach (or even notice) Imagery adjust action. This action is important because many of the sources need shifting before drawing.

So the idea is to show this action to all people entering Imagery menu, so they will not forget the adjusting step.

(Plugins can also add their static actions on top of menu)

To speed up th process I commit the changes now, leaving the ticket open. If the idea is really bad, please revert or rework it :)

Now we are waiting for angry people who'll say "HOW DARE YOU to touch my favorite menu item????!!!" :)

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
