Bonjour,
Je viens d'installer JOSM sur Ubuntu (13.04), et je n'ai aucun fournisseur d'imagerie dans la paramètres d'imagerie. J'ai essayer en utilisant la version latest récupérée sur le site de JOSM, même effets. De plus, au démarrage, le message du jour est indisponible. j'ai d'abord pensé à un problème avec le réseau, mais j'arrive à télécharger des données ou à installer des plugins par exemple. J'ai vu qu'au moins une autre personne a eu ce problème sur le forum d'OSM, mais pas de solution.

I just installed JOSM on Ubuntu (13.04), and I have no imagery provider in the imagery parameters. I tried using the latest version of on the website recuperated JOSM same effects. In addition, at startup, the message of the day is unavailable. I first thought of a problem with the network, but I can download data or install plugins for example. I saw at least one other person had this problem on the forum of OSM, but no solution.

I assume this is related to the JOSM server migration (see http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/josm-dev/2013-March/006494.html).
Please try again, and reset preferences if needed, and reopen this ticket if the problem persists.
