Change default key from "teryt:rm" to "teryt:terc" in Edit Relation.

Description

Under the Edit Relation we (in Poland) add key "teryt:terc"
So far, the default (when you type "TERYT") is "teryt:rm", which is very rarely used and very annoying.
Key "teryt:terc" is the most common key to add the number to the location TERYT. Next is "teryt:simc"

These suggestions are based on your data. So when "teryt:rm" is proposed, then it is also in your data. It is taken as rm is before terc in alphabet.
