remove addr:housename from autocompletion list

I propose to remove addr:housename from autocompletion list because it is a rarely used tag, while addr:housenumber is a key feature, and every time the mapper has to type a lot of text because autocompletion will suggest housename before housenumber.

I don't call a tag used 130.000 times a "rarely used" tag. It is significantly less used than addr:housenumber for a simple reason: the majority of buildings/houses do not have a name.

If you look at the values you'll see that the first ranks are housenumbers, probably because of the auto completion. My point wasn't that it is not used or should be removed from presets, but rather that it would be much more useful & better for usability to get housenumber in autocompletion instead of housename.
