Panning via keyboard

Description

Currently, it's possible to zoom with the keyboard (via the +/- keys), but it would also be great if we could pan with the keyboard (I suggest the arrow keys for that).

Currently, you can do that on the main leaflet map on osm.org.

It is already possible with ctrl-arrows.

Action

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
