Restaurant and GuestHouse/Hotel icon should show up together

In Asia, many guesthouses also are restaurant, is there a possibility that JOSM can show a double icon in the interface reflecting this? Currently it only shows the restaurant icon when the tags tourism=guest_house and amenity=restaurant are together.

There is a symbol for hotel/restaurant, I think in NPS, 'a bed with the restaurant knife and fork in upper right corner'

This could easily be added in the internal paint style, eventually in external paint styles.

Can you link / attach the file? Btw. "eventually" doesn't mean what you think it does. :)
