Missing keyboard shortcuts in main menu of German translation

Description
Dear developers,
the German translation of the current JOSM version (Revision: 5485) has only a few keyboard shortcuts for the main menu. These keyboard shortcuts are accessed by pressing a combination of "ALT" + "Key" and make usage without mouse much more comfortable.
The current German main menu looks like this:
Datei B_earbeiten Ansicht Werkzeuge Vorlagen H_intergrund Fenster A_udio _Hilfe
A leading "_" marks availability of a shortcut. Shortcuts are missing for:
Datei, Ansicht, Werkzeuge, Vorlagen, Fenster
I guess it should not be to complicated to add these.

These shortcuts exist, but as the german texts don't contain the relevant characters, they can't be displayed. See DevelopersGuide/ShortcutsList for all available shortcuts.
