problems with image pathes — at Initial Version

Description
There seem to be some problems with image pathes in the wiki.
Either some syntax has changed or there is a problem with doublepoint as seperator.
- I was not able to link on an attached image on a different page with language code: De:HowTo/CreatePreset
- Have a look at Help/Plugin/UtilsPlugin2 these links used to work.
