problems with image pathes

There seem to be some problems with image pathes in the wiki.
Either some syntax has changed or there is a problem with doublepoint as seperator.
- I was not able to insert an attached image on a different page with language code in path: De:HowTo/CreatePreset
- Have a look at Help/Plugin/UtilsPlugin2 these links used to work.
EDT: 2. seems to be an error/change on trac.osm.org as the source is not browsable.

A solution right now is to put quotation mark around the page name e.g.:
[[Image(wiki:"De:Presets":josm-presets2.png,10%,left)]]
