Description

The shapes provided for the imagery bounds are not sufficiently accurate on the canada/us border.

This particularly impacts Greater Vancouver where a lot of the city is near the border but outside the imagery coverage, but JOSM still suggests the imagery.

I am assigning this to myself as I am very used to setting imagery bounds.

Component: Plugin imagery-xml-bounds → External imagery shape

I change the impacted component as it does not concern the plugin directly.
Don't forget to close the ticket when you have finished :) (maybe it's already ok)

Resolution: → fixed
Status: new → closed

Imagery bounds are now set. They will of course need ongoing maintenance and updating but they are all reasonable and will not suggest completely inappropriate imagery.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain pnorman.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
