Recent build of the Mapdust plugin will not download in JOSM

Description

Been trying to download the most current copy of this plugin that was just built ([o28631]), however, JOSM claims that there is no new version available. I have [o28412] currently and running r5477. Seems for some reason that it didn't get built correctly.

The ​plugin jar looks good to me but it seems the ​plugin list hasn't been refreshed.

@bastiK, @stoecker, could you have a look at the script that updates this list ? Did an error occur when updating mapdust ?

Seems the plugin list has just been fixed, as I was able to download it in JOSM. So, I'll mark this as fixed.
