Description

The history dialog shows the dates of changesets in US format (m/d/yy) even though my locale is English (United Kingdom) with short date format "d MMM yyyy" and long date "dddd d MMMM yyyy"

Action

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
