Description

I suggest the following improvements for build.xml (Ant build file):

  • run javacc only if MapCSSParser.jj was changed
  • provide ant run (w/ JOSM dir set to /tmp/.josm)

Sure, sounds good. (Btw. build.xml is not used on the server, so nothing to break here.)
