Description

Nearmap provides high resolution imagery over Australian cities and under their new community licence as of (Dec 2011) ​http://www.nearmap.com/products/community-licence can be used again to derive OSM data. There is a integration document here ​http://www.nearmap.com/gov/integration.pdf .

I could only find statements about CC-BY-SA, but nothing w.r.t. ODbL. Are you sure that it is compatible with ODbL? See also ​http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/NearMap_PhotoMaps

No, we may not use Nearmap.
