Description
- I marked the object with an issue (here: a building)
- I pressed the button "New Issue" (Neuer Fehler)
- nothing happened
- I started josm from the linux command line (in X11 environment), after the 'GET http://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/map?bbox=.. message: no output
