downloading new map paint styles hangs prefs dialog

Description

Clear your cache, then select a large number of (new) styles to download. Clicking 'ok' will make the dialog hang until all downloads are finished. It should display a progress bar instead.

Could apply to tagging presets as well, haven’t checked.
