German title of the amenity=parking/parking_space presets is misleading

Hi!

amenity=parking should be shown as "Parkplatz" (for the whole parking facility), amenity=parking_space as "Stellplatz" (single parking space) in the presets.

The current Situation is: amenity=parking is shown as "Parken" ("parking") and amenity=parking_space as "Parkplatz", which leads to wrong tagging if mappers trust the preset title and don't check which tags are actually set (or don't know the different definitions of both tags).
