I get a list of loading failures on the console with the "New Tag" preset installed.

Not sure, did not use it often, but I thought there was some discussion about it some time ago. I did not find something though.
"New tags" will never have icons for all it presets, but why does it contain so many invalid icon pathes.

At least some of the reported images are present in the zip file. Maybe the "./" at beginning of the path does not work?

./ for sure does not work. Path is relative to zip file, so if in the zip is a icons dir, then /icons/... is correct.

I changed that. Seems they where all in the .zip file.

As far as I understand it there is a .xml file missing in the .zip file.

Still don't know what you are talking about. The presets zip file is complete and perfectly valid, when I download it.

Finally fixed.
