canceling "load history" fails

Description

If you load history (ctrl-H) occasionally the "contacting OSM server" will hang for several minutes. Hitting cancel does nothing, and hitting the X closes the box and lets you edit, but you can't go back to loading the history until the original contacting happens.

Action

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
