Next/Prev marker action is not called by Shortcut in Markers layer

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open JOSM
  2. Open any GPX file with markers.
  3. Right click on layer in layers list - select Jump to next marker Ctrl+Alt+J - it works.
  4. Press Ctrl+Alt+J - check that it does not work, but inserts J to layer name.

Does this only happen with gpx layers ?

There was a similar ticket about strange renaming of layers but I can not find it right now.

I agree that this issue may has one root.

Action

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
