automatically select newly created relations in the properties dialogue

I think it would slightly improve usability to automatically select newly created multipolygon relations in the properties dialogue when they are created with "create multipolygon" (e.g. with SHIFT+A).

I think it would improve A LOT the creation of multipolygons if the multipolygon itself would be auto-selected after creation.

Most often I create a MP via "multiselect ways, then ctrl-B", and then I set the tags for it. To be able to set the tags for the MP I first have to manually right click the MP and click "select multipolygon".

If the MP would be auto-selected after creation I could start setting the tags immediately!

I use version 10966

In r18364 the multipolygons created with Ctrl+B are selected by default. I think it can be closed now.
