See attached screen shot. According to the time table, the shop is closed on Wednesday afternoon, so the generated opening_hours value is not correct.

The "We" declaration overrides the previous declaration of We coming from the Mo-Th interval.
Such an example is also on the wiki at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Opening_hours .
(Not sure why the bug is showing up as open when it was marked Invalid).

Not a bug (status=>Invalid).
The semicolon ; makes the two specifications separate. You probably wanted to have a comma in front to make the wednesday open both before and after noon.
