[Patch] rendering of railway=rail + service=*

Description
It would be great if JOSM could render railways that have a service=* tag slightliy differently than those railways without service=*.
Mapnik already does so.
It would be very helpful while working on railway yards, e.g.

Just a little bit narrower (than rail without service=*) would be enough.

I attached a patch for review (to avoid an erroneous style sheet):
service=sidingare rendered gray/white (as before) with a width of 1px (instead of 2px)service=yard,service=spurare rendered brown/white with a width of 1px
Any comments?

Please describe how
railways withservice=*should look like to ease the implementation. Alternatively, you can define a custom style.
