[Patch] SlippyMapChooser: Zooming doesn't take cursor location into consideration

Description

If you zoom into (out of) the map the place in the center of map stays the same. This is different to the behaviour in josm, osm or google maps where the place under the cursor stays the same all the time.

I attached the patch where I fixed it.
