[Patch] Prefix imagery layer by country code

I suggest to prefix the imagery layer with the 2 letter country code. This allows to quickly get an overview of available imagery in the preferences dialog as the entries are sorted alphabetically. For example, display Geoimage.at as "AT: Geoimage.at".
The easiest way I see is to prefix the name in Maps accordingly. Presumably, there is a more smart solution. :-)

We already added bounding boxes to the imagery sources. A proper way to display these bounding boxes in the layer selection dialog would be much better than such a prefix. Probably a small world image which gets a bounding box overlay when a new layer is selected.

Source format has been changed to xml. You can add a property 'country-code' and display it in a separate table column.

Looks good. Please no new features in stabilization phase, unless they fix a bug or there are other special reasons.
