[PATCH] Manually following redirects when downloading plugins

Description

Fixes a problem with downloading external plugins from GitHub.

Just switching the http://-GitHub URLs to https-URL in the comment of the ​http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Plugins wiki page doesn't work, because it seems, that the scripts behind this page cannot cope with https-URLs. Would be gread if this could be fixed too.

Closing. Can't attach a patch, Trac rejects file upload. Going to submit it to bastik via mail.

Filling out the Captcha or logging in would have given you 1 more point and thus no longer rejecting the patch.
