[PATCH] Filter/search by closed-way area size

Description

Not sure how useful this is, but after tracing a lot of buildings including garages, I wanted to quickly select the small ones to change building=yes to building=garage.

Included is a quick patch. I'm not super experienced with patch/diff stuff so don't shoot me if I did something silly :)

I used the keyword 'areaSize:MIN,MAX' / 'areaSize:MAX'.
