validator is extremely slow on upload

Description

Since some time (I think since when the severity and text of the messages was changed) upload has gotten very slow. I have to wait 10-20 seconds even with not much data waiting for upload, till the checks are done. Maybe this can be optimized? (Before it was hardly noticable when validator checked).

Yes, sorry, might be a duplicate. Actually it is very slow, but much faster then 15 minutes. Still for 100 changes to upload I had to wait maybe 30 seconds until the validator gave his OK to proceed.

Maybe it is a different bug.. Try to turn off Unconnected ways validation.
