Power Tower instead of Power Pole

Description

This is an Error of the german Version. If you chose the Menu-Point Vorlagen -> Zivilisationsbauten -> Energieversorgung -> kleiner Freilietungsmast you will get the tag power=tower. This is wrong the correct tag would be power=pole.

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
