Support transparent tiles in TMS

Description

I've added tms:http://b.www.toolserver.org/tiles/lighting/ for the light map. This layer uses semi-transparent pngs. But imagery plugin renders it without transparency. Which is strange, because java should support it. Could you please look into that?

Sorry, those pngs are not transparent. Russian cadastre, which is, renders ok.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Upliner.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
