Description

I can not update the presets source_spain. Create a new one instead of updating

You need to check the "replace" button when replacing attachements.

Error: Forbidden
You don't have permission to replace the attachment Etiquetas_source.xml. You can only replace your own attachments. Replacing other's attachments requires ATTACHMENT_DELETE permission.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
