I think it works fine. Nodes with addr:street are shown because they're part of not filtered relation. When "Apply also for children" is disabled then addr nodes are not shown

I still get totally different results if I use for example "-tmc" and revert "tmc".
May be this is on purpose, but I do not understand why a node with only tmc-tags and no other tag or membership is excluded when children are also filtered. I mean I understand it from the point of implementation but I am not sure if this user friendly.
by the way, where is the icon for "undelete object" located in the source ?
