Suggestions for Startpage of JOSM

There are some basic information on the start page of JOSM.
One of them is the program version and in the same line the actual version.

I just updated my JOSM, so the use version is the actual one.
So it says:
Your version is 3208. The actual version is 3208.
I, as man, have to compare those numbers to see that everything is fine.

I'd like to let my computer do it for me and read something like:
You are using the actual version 3208.

Another point I noticed is, that there is a minimum plug in installation recommended for beginners (wmsplugin, validator).
Beginners usually don't know how to install plug-ins. A hint toward the settings is needed (F12 or something like that.)

You point 1: This is already done. When you have strange version or version below current tested, then the text changes accordingly.

Regarding the second part: You're free to change the text at StartupPageSource. Please remember to add a "x" in front of translations when you change the original string, so translators catch the change and retranslate.

NOTE, that the texts at startup page should be short.
